You and BinoBet Casino (“BinoBet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the BinoBet Casino, enter into this legal agreement known as the Terms “Terms” and Conditions. Your use of our website or applications (the “Platform”), including but not limited to account creation, fund deposits, game play, and other features, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Do not use the Platform if you do not agree.

1. About BinoBet and regulatory framework

1.1 License and oversight. The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) gave BinoBet a license to run remote gaming. We follow the GDPR/AVG, the Remote Gambling Act, the Wwft (Dutch AML statute), the Sanctions Act, and consumer regulations.

1.2 When these Terms are in effect. These Terms apply to all real-money casino games available on the Platform in the Netherlands, such as RNG slots, table games, and games with live dealers. There will be other restrictions for sports betting and other verticals (if they are available) that go along with these Terms.

1.3 Structure and language. You can find these Terms in English and Dutch. The Dutch version takes precedence in the event of a dispute. Please contact us prior to playing if you are unsure of any aspect.

1.4 Changes. The law, license requirements, and our services all change. We may alter these Terms if the risk, technology, or rules change. We shall put up revised Terms with a new effective date and ask for agreement again if necessary. If you don’t like a change, you can close your account and get your money back (after checks).

1.5 Contact. Company, licence, and contact details appear in Appendix F. Keep a copy of these Terms for your records. Archived versions are available on request.

2. Eligibility and account ownership

2.1 Age. You must be 18+ to open an account or use the Platform. Age verification occurs through reliable sources and document checks. If we discover underage use, we void gameplay, return deposits when lawful, and close the account.

2.2 Location. You may play only when physically located in the Netherlands. We use IP checks, device signals, and geolocation. VPNs, proxies, and location‑spoofing software are not allowed. If we cannot confirm your location, access is blocked.

2.3 CRUKS and exclusions. If you are registered in CRUKS, if you self‑exclude with us, or if we impose a block for safety or compliance reasons, you cannot access the Platform. We check CRUKS at login and at session start.

2.4 One customer—one account. You may hold only one BinoBet account. Duplicate or linked accounts (by device, IP, cookies, payment instruments, or other signals) may be merged, restricted, or closed. Bonuses from duplicate accounts may be removed.

2.5 Personal use. The Platform is for private entertainment. Professional gambling, syndicates, pooled bankrolls, resale of accounts, and using automated tools or scripts are prohibited.

2.6 Identity of the account holder. The person named on the account must be the person using it and the beneficial owner of the funds. Third‑party deposits, withdrawals, or play are not allowed.

3. Registration, KYC, and verification

3.1 Data that we gather. Your entire legal name, DOB, country of origin, home address, email, phone number, and language preference are all requested throughout the sign-up process. Additionally, for security purposes, we affix distinct identifiers to both your device and session.

3.2 KYC stands for “Know Your Customer.” We use trustworthy, third-party sources to confirm your age and identity; sometimes, we ask for a valid passport or EU/EEA ID card, a Dutch driver’s license, a residence permit, a selfie or live video liveness check, and a proof of address that is at least three months old. Restrictions on features, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure may occur in the event that checks do not succeed or if you do not cooperate.

3.3 Ownership of payment methods. You may deposit and withdraw only with payment methods in your name. We may ask for a redacted bank statement (showing name and IBAN) or a masked card image to confirm ownership. Payments from business accounts require prior approval.

3.4 Re‑verification. We may re‑verify your data when you change details, request large withdrawals, add payment methods, or when our monitoring flags risk. If you do not provide the information requested, we may limit your account or suspend play.

3.5 Accuracy of information. You must keep your details current and accurate. Misrepresentation may lead to account restriction, voiding of bonuses and affected bets, and, where appropriate, regulatory reporting.

4. Responsible play and player protection

4.1 Duty of care. We provide tools and interventions to help you play safely. We monitor behaviour for signs of harm and may step in where risk is observed.

4.2 Player controls. You can set deposit, loss, wager, and time limits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect only after a cooling‑off period (minimum 24 hours). You can take time‑outs (24 hours to 6 weeks) and self‑exclude for longer periods. We offer session timers and reality checks.

4.3 CRUKS. If CRUKS shows an active registration, access is denied. We cannot override CRUKS restrictions under any circumstance.

4.4 Affordability and interactions. If your spending appears inconsistent with your means or if harm indicators are present (e.g., chasing losses, extended night‑time sessions), we may contact you, apply limits, or request affordability evidence. We may also suspend play temporarily.

4.5 Support. We list independent support services on our Responsible Gambling pages. If gambling affects your health, relationships, or finances, seek help and consider exclusion.

5. Deposits, withdrawals, and wallet rules

5.1 Currency. Accounts operate in euros (EUR). If we ever support other currencies, conversion rates and fees will be shown before you confirm a transaction.

5.2 Deposits. Deposit methods and limits are shown in the cashier. Minimum deposit is displayed per method. We do not accept cash, cheques, or third‑party payments. Some deposits may be pending until confirmed by your bank or provider.

5.3 Bonuses and cash funds. We keep bonus funds and cash funds separate. Your balance and any wagering requirements are visible in the cashier. Section 10 governs promos.

5.4 Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your available cash balance at any time, subject to verification and checks. Where feasible, withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method (“pay‑to‑source“). We may split large payments for security.

5.5 Processing times. We aim to process withdrawals within the estimates shown in the cashier. Times may extend if we require additional checks, if a payment network is down, or if a public holiday affects banking.

5.6 Fees. We strive to absorb costs, but may apply reasonable fees for certain methods, cross‑border transfers, repeated cancellations, or manual processing. All fees are disclosed before you confirm.

5.7 Chargebacks. If you dispute a deposit without valid cause, we may suspend the account, recover costs, and treat winnings linked to that deposit as void until the dispute is resolved.

5.8 Incorrect credits. If funds are credited by error, the amount remains our property. You must inform us and not spend it. We may reverse transactions and recover wrongly paid sums.

5.9 Safeguarding. We segregate customer funds from operational funds according to licence conditions. Our safeguarding model is described on the Platform.

6. Use of the Platform

6.1 Technical requirements. You need a compatible device, current browser or app, and a stable connection. Data charges from your provider may apply. Live dealer games require higher bandwidth.

6.2 Maintenance and updates. We may update the Platform or perform maintenance. During these windows gameplay may be unavailable. We try to give notice for planned work and to minimise disruption.

6.3 Prohibited conduct. You must not: 

(a) attempt unauthorised access, probe, or test systems; 

(b) introduce malware; 

(c) scrape, copy, or frame content without permission; 

(d) use bots, scripts, or decision‑assist software; 

(e) collude with others or transfer balances between accounts; 

(f) abuse promotions or exploit obvious errors.

6.4 History and statements. You can view deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay in your account. Contact support if you need records beyond the online range.

6.5 Intellectual property. Software, graphics, audio‑visual content, brand marks, and databases are protected. You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

7. AML/CFT, sanctions, and fraud

7.1 Legal duties. We comply with the Wwft and Sanctions Act. We identify and verify customers, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activity to FIU‑Netherlands when required. We also screen for sanctions and PEPs.

7.2 Origin of the wealth or money. We may ask for papers such as pay stubs, bank records, tax returns, and sale contracts from individuals with higher-risk profiles or for significant transactions. We reserve the right to limit or end the relationship based on the amount of evidence you give.

7.3 Fraud prevention. We use device intelligence, behavioural analytics, and vendor tools to prevent account takeover, bonus abuse, payment fraud, and collusion. We may close linked accounts and confiscate illicit gains.

8. Games, rules, and settlement

8.1 Game rules and RTP. Each game provides rules, features, and return‑to‑player (RTP) information. Read these before playing. By placing a bet you accept the rules posted for that game.

8.2 RNG certification. RNG‑based games use certified random number generators tested by independent labs. Certificates or summaries are available on request or on our site.

8.3 Live dealer games. Live games are streamed from secure studios. Outcomes are determined by physical equipment. The studio’s logs are authoritative. If the stream fails after a bet is placed, the round may complete on the server or be voided per game rules.

8.4 Bet acceptance. A bet is accepted when it appears in your history with a unique identifier and the stake is deducted. If a bet fails pre‑acceptance, no stake is taken.

8.5 Settlement and corrections. We settle promptly after the outcome is known. If we mistakenly publish the wrong result or payout due to an error, we correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.

8.6 Disconnections. If you disconnect mid‑round, you may rejoin; if the round finished on our servers, that result stands. Stakes for rounds that did not start due to disconnection are returned.

8.7 Advantage play and collusion. Using external tools, team strategies, hole‑carding, or exploiting obvious errors is prohibited. We may void affected bets, remove illicit profits, and close accounts.

8.8 Jackpots. Progressive jackpots are managed by networks. The amount shown is indicative and may change until confirmed by the jackpot server. Official records determine the payout.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

9.1 Talk to us first. If you have a concern, contact support with details, screenshots, and transaction IDs. We will acknowledge and aim to resolve promptly.

9.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied, request escalation to our complaints team. We will provide a final response within a reasonable time, explaining our findings and any remedy.

9.3 Independent ADR. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it to an independent ADR body recognised by the KSA. Details are on our site and in our final response.

9.4 Court. You may bring a claim before the competent Dutch courts. These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

10. Promotions, bonuses, and rewards

10.1 Promotion Terms. Each offer has specific terms (“Promotion Terms“) displayed with the offer. Promotion Terms form part of these Terms. If Promotion Terms and these Terms conflict, the Promotion Terms apply for that offer.

10.2 Eligibility. Promotions may be restricted by player segment, payment method, or invitation. Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per person, household, address, IP, device, or payment method.

10.3 Bonus balance and wagering. Bonus funds are separate from cash. We show balances clearly. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 25× bonus). Not all games contribute equally; contribution tables are shown with the offer. Wagers from bonus funds count first unless otherwise stated.

10.4 Max bet and validity. While wagering is active, a maximum bet per spin/round may apply (for example, €5 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower). Bonuses expire after the period stated. Breaches may lead to removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

10.5 Irregular play. We prohibit low‑risk or hedge strategies designed to clear wagering without real risk, including covering opposite outcomes, betting patterns that exploit game features, or transferring value between accounts. We may cancel bonuses and void related winnings if irregular play is detected.

10.6 Free spins and cashback. Free spins winnings may be credited as bonus funds and carry wagering. Cashback can be cash or bonus depending on the offer. Details appear in the Promotion Terms.

10.7 Opt‑in/opt‑out. Some offers require opt‑in. You can opt out of marketing at any time; service messages will continue.

10.8 Loyalty/VIP. Loyalty benefits are discretionary and may change or end. Responsible play rules apply at all levels; we may remove or limit benefits where risk is identified.

11. Errors, outages, and maintenance

11.1 Obvious errors. If a price, payout, or feature is clearly incorrect (an “obvious error”), we may void affected bets or settle at the correct terms. A reasonable person would recognise such an error.

11.2 System faults. If a technical fault affects a game or the Platform, we void affected rounds, refund stakes, and restore balances to the last recorded correct state. Our logs and, where applicable, supplier logs are conclusive.

11.3 Planned downtime. We may suspend services for maintenance or updates. We try to provide advance notice and schedule at low‑traffic times.

11.4 Data integrity. While we back up key systems, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important transaction confirmations.

12. Privacy and data protection

12.1 Controller. BinoBet is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. Our Privacy Policy explains categories, purposes, lawful bases, retention, and your rights. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

12.2 Security. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and vendor due diligence. You must also keep your devices secure and your password confidential.

12.3 KYC/AML data. We process identity and financial data to meet our legal obligations. Certain records must be retained for statutory periods and cannot be erased on request.

12.4 Marketing choices. You can manage marketing consents in your profile. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages.

13. Intellectual property and user content

Chapter 13.1: Property Rights. Database rights, copyright, and trademarks all shield the Platform and everything on it. Neither we nor our licensors grant any further rights.

13.2. Permit. In compliance with these Terms, we provide you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your own enjoyment.

13.3 What the user contributes. By posting content (such as a chat), you authorize us to use, copy, and moderate that content for the purpose of running the Platform. Remember, you can’t submit anything that is illegal, abusive, or infringing.

14. Risk and Compensation

14.1, Things we do not rule out? There are certain types of liability that cannot be reduced by legislation, such as liability for fraud, negligence-related injuries or deaths, or any other type of bodily injury.

14.2 “As is” service. “As is” and “as available” refer to the Platform’s provision. We strive for precision and availability, but we don’t promise error-free, continuous operation.

14.3 Restrictions. Any losses that are not directly related to our services, such as loss of data or profit, or losses that are a result of circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, to the fullest extent that the law permits. Our maximum liability under these Terms will be limited to EUR 5,000 or the total value of your deposits in the three months leading up to the occurrence that gave rise to the claim, whichever is greater (subject to clause 14.1).

I will indemnify you. In the event that we incur losses due to your violation of these Terms, illegal use of the Platform, fraud, or violation of the rights of third parties, you are obligated to compensate us.

15 Limitations, suspension, and deletion of accounts

15.1. When are we authorized to take action? If there is cause to believe that there is a violation of these Terms, fraud, AML/CTF risk, concerns about responsible-play, exposure to penalties, or regulatory non-compliance, we have the right to limit, suspend, or close your account and withhold withdrawals.

15.2. Where appropriate, we will detail the steps taken and the appeals process. Sometimes, we are unable to disclose information due to our legal obligations.

15.3 Funds on closure. On closure we return any lawful balance after deducting fees or amounts owed, subject to verification and legal holds. If required by law, we may freeze funds pending investigation.

15.4 Appeal. You may contact us to challenge a restriction. We will review and respond. This does not affect your right to escalate a complaint or to use ADR.

16. Communications and records

16.1 Channels. We may contact you by email, SMS, push notification, phone, or in‑account messaging. Keep your contact details current and check your spam folder.

16.2 Recordings. Calls and chats may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance. We retain records according to our retention schedule and legal duties.

16.3 Notices. Notices are deemed received when sent to the email or phone on your account or when posted in your account inbox.

17. Third‑party services and links

17.1 Payments. Payments may be processed by third‑party providers whose terms apply in addition to ours.

17.2 Game suppliers. Games are provided by studios. Their rules govern the game round; these Terms govern your relationship with us.

17.3 External links. We are not responsible for third‑party websites linked from the Platform.

18. Changes to services and to these Terms

18.1 Service changes. We may add, remove, or change games and features. We aim to avoid disruption and will notify you of material changes where feasible.

18.2 Terms changes. We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and request account closure.

18.3 Historic versions. We maintain archives of previous versions and will provide copies on request.

19. Governing law, jurisdiction, and language

19.1 Law. Dutch law governs these Terms.

19.2 Jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and ADR options.

19.3 Language. Dutch controls. English is provided for convenience.

20. Minimum technical standards and accessibility

20.1 Alignment. Keep your operating system and browser current. Be sure to keep your device up-to-date and safe.

20.2 Getting Things Done. Having a reliable cellphone or broadband connection is essential, especially when watching live games.

20.3 Accessibility. We work hard to ensure that the Platform is accessible. For accommodations, please contact support.

21. Concluding remarks

21.1.1 Full understanding. Your agreement with BinoBet is fully constituted by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice, and any Terms pertaining to promotions.

2.1.2 The concept of severability. Remaining provisions shall take precedence over any unenforceable provision. A valid provision that is most closely related in meaning will take the place of the unenforceable one.

21.3 Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another licensed entity. You may not assign your rights or obligations.

21.4 No waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

Appendix A — KYC: acceptable documents

  • Identity (valid & unexpired): Dutch passport, EU/EEA passport or ID card, Dutch driving licence, residence permit.
  • Address (≤3 months): utility bill, bank statement, BRP extract, government letter.
  • Payment ownership: bank statement with name and IBAN used on the Platform; masked card image (first 6 and last 4 digits).
